The IP Catalog compiles clean technology-related intellectual property developed at Florida universities and organizations. These technologies have been evaluated by a team of industry experts to determine the commercial viability.

The technology transfer offices will lead license negotiations on behalf of their respective universities.
Established FL Cleantech companies will maintain ownership of their intellectual property, including new IP that is generated within the FL Cleantech Laboratory Network that does not utilize university staff. Any intellectual property that is jointly developed by an affiliated research institution and an established company will have joint ownership unless both parties agree to a different ownership arrangement.
